Julia is a seasoned litigator specializing in commercial civil disputes, with a track record in both the Court of Appeal, High Court and District Court. Her expertise spans various areas including property, contract, construction, tort and insolvency law. Her practice also includes trust and estate disputes, complex relationship property disputes and employment disputes.
With a Master of Law from Duke University and a Bachelor of Law Honours from the University of Auckland, Julia is dually admitted to the New Zealand and New York Bars.
