Jeff is a specialist in commercial property and construction law and brings more than 17
years of experience acting for some of New Zealand’s largest organisations.
He advises on all property matters, including property management, property acquisition, property disposal, hotel leasing, management and brand franchising, commercial, retail and industrial leasing, development, construction, and mortgagee sales.
Jeff has advised organisations such as IHG Limited, the Hind Group, the owner of the Travelodge Hotel Wellington, Hewlett Packard, Turners & Growers Limited, Fletcher Group, the Butterworth Group, Spark New Zealand, Waikato District Health Board and Mighty River Power.
Regarded as an industry leader Jeff has presented seminars on topics such as the Residential Development in Auckland, the Building Act 2004, the Property Law Act 2007, the NEC form of Construction Contract and ‘Limited Liability Partnerships and Property Development’.
Jeff has also been published in the NZ Herald and NBR with respect to Earthquakes and Leasing, Affordable Housing and Urban Development Authorities.
